BHUBANESWAR: ED, Bhubaneswar has provisionally attached immovable property worth Rs. 24.60 Crore under PMLA, 2002, in a money laundering case involving M/s Maa Tarini Industries Limited (MTIL) and others in connection with fraudulently availing and diversion of loan from PEC Limited, a Government of India enterprise.
The attached property comprises the Ground Floor, First Floor and part of the Second Floor of Pluto Plaza Mall, situated at Chhend, Rourkela, Odisha, in the name of M/s Pluto Plaza Private Limited, a company controlled by Hanuman Khedaria.
