PURI:During his visit to Puri on Monday, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visited the Rathkhala at Badadand and reviewed the progress of the chariot construction work for the holy Shri Jagannath Rath Yatra.
CM discussed with the Rath Maharanas and got to know their views and requirements and laid special emphasis on completing the chariot construction work more smoothly and on time.
The contribution of the Rath Maharanas, who continue this tradition with dedication and devotion, is unparalleled. ‘Our government is committed to ensuring their comfort, safety and all necessary support for the construction of Raths,” he said.
