BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday hiked Mission Shakti meeting fee of Gram Panchayat and Block level Federation workers by Rs 500.
. More than 1.26 lakh employees will be benefited while it will be implemented from October 2023 onwards.
According to the decision of the Chief Minister, the meeting fee of the president and secretary of the block-level federation has been increased ₹ 4,000 to ₹ 4,500 and the fee of other working members ₹ 2,000 to ₹ 2,500.
Similarly, the meeting fee of the president and editors of village panchayat federation has been increased from ₹ 2,000 to ₹ 2,500 and the fee of other working members has been increased from 1,000 ₹ 1,500. 249.21 crores will be spent annually for this.
