PURI/BHUBANESWAR:A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Administrator Dr. Arbinda Kumar Padhee at the conference room of the Shrimandir Administration Office. Senior officers of the Shrimandir Administration, engineers and officers of all the sub-departments were present in this.
In the meeting, the Chief Administrator reviewed the digitization of valuables stored in the Ratna Bhandar, digital hundi, battery-powered vehicles for Divyang devotees, Kartik Nirak of Shrimandir magazine, various development projects related to Shrimandir, etc. and also informed the officers about the recent amendments made in the Shrijagannath Temple Land Management Act.
The installation of the Shrimandir’s radio and YouTube studios and expediting the auction process of the three chariots of Shrivigraha were also discussed in the meeting. Along with this, the discussion on the content of the meeting of the management committee of the temple to be held on September 26 was discussed. After the meeting, the Chief Administrator, along with senior officers and the Public Works Department team, visited the Srigundicha temple and reviewed various development works there.
The officials discussed the ramp for the differently-abled, improvement of the kitchen, beautification, orderly darshan system for the devotees, entry and exit routes, installation of CCTV for counting the donation boxes and information boards at various places in the Srigundicha temple premises. All the related arrangements for the devotees have been made and plans are being made to open the Srigundicha temple for the devotees soon, said Chief Administrator Dr. Arbinda Kumar Padhee.
