BJP State President pays tribute to great founders on Utkal Diwas-Odisha Day-Building a ‘Prosperous Odisha’ by 2036: Manmohan Samal

BHUBANESWAR:April 1, 1936 is an unforgettable day in the history of Odisha. It is a day of inspiration and pride for all Odisha. Due to the struggle of many freedom fighters like Utkal Gaurav Madhusudan Das, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das, Parla Maharaja Krishnachandra Gajapati Maharaj, the protection of the Odia language and the formation of an independent Odisha were possible. To realize their dreams, everyone should take a resolution to fulfill the opportunity that the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the popular Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi have seen to build a prosperous Odisha in 2036, said State President Shri Manmohan Samal.

While paying floral tributes and paying homage to the statues of the great sons of Odisha in Bhubaneswar on the occasion of Odisha Day, Shri Samal said that Odisha will have the greatest contribution in the formation of a developed India. The BJP government is determined to fully utilize the immense potential of Odisha.
Starting from the human resources here, by making good use of water resources and mineral resources, the double-engine government is committed to making Odisha the number 1 state of the country, Shri Samal said and extended his greetings and best wishes to the 4.5 crore people of Odisha on the occasion of Odisha Day.
Among others, many activists including MLA Babu Singh, former minister Arvind Tachali, state secretary Saroj Kar, Bhubaneswar district president Niranjan Mishra and senior leader Jagannath Pradhan were present.
