Mann Ki Baat which was started on October 3, 2014 on occasion of Vijaya Dashami completed 100th episode on Sunday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi acknowledging the responses.

The senior BJP leader Jay Panda has also congratulated PM Narendra Modi for 100th episode and extended his gratitude to PM for recognising such gems from across the country.

“PM’s #MannKiBaat is a lot more than just a radio revolution. It is a beautiful odyssey of transformation to national consciousness, while encouraging Jan Bhagidari (people’s participation). The monthly radio programme not only celebrates positivity, but also motivates people to have courage to make a difference,”  the former MP said.

“Stories of marvels and gems from across the country, like that of Padma Shri Late D Prakash Rao, the famous Chaiwala of Cuttack, Odisha, who dedicated his life in bringing positive transformation in the lives of marginalised & less-privileged children through his school ‘Asha O Ashwasana’, fill us with confidence, hope and motivation,’ he said.
