BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi inaugurates street light facilities at Maa Ugratara Peeth

BHUBANESWAR: BJP’s Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha MP and former Odisha cadre IAS officer, Aparajita Sarangi, known for her people friendly nature, has given a new look to Maa Ugratara Peeth located in Khurda district and coming under her Parliamentary seat by inaugurating street and hi mast light facilities in 3km long stretch .

“Maa Ugratara Peeth located in my Constituency is a famous religious centre. Was very happy to inaugurate the installation of solar street lights and Hi mast lights in 3 km stretch with renovation work of pond. I seek the blessings of Goddess for all of us@narendramodi,” the Lok Sabha MP tweeted @AprajitaSarangi.

The Goddess Ugratara is the tutelary deity of Eastern Ganga dynasty kings of erstwhile Kalinga dynasty. Her ancient temple lies at Mulajharigarh village in Bhusandapur, which some 65 km away from State capital Bhubaneswar.
