Being Indian Foundation observes Kargil Day

BHUBANESWAR: Being Indian Foundation and Veterans India observed Kargil Day here on Tuesday .

The retired veterans from Navy, Air Wing and Army were joined with the young volunteers to cherish the proud moment and to give their tribute to the brave Martyrs. There was a Victory rally conducted in memory of brave soldiers started from Master Canteen square to lower PMG followed by candle lighting.

The veterans shared their live experience from the war field which was very inspiring for the crowd, adding on to this the founder of Being Indian Foundation Smrutiranjan Biswa said if the story of bravery and sacrifice of our solders can be added into the syllabus of school and college it can inspire a lots of students to join Indian defense system and serve our mother Nation.

Bidyadhar Nayak, Bijay Kumar Rath, Arun Mohanty, Avimanyu Rout and Dinabandhu Sarangi from Veterans India said everyone should work together for the pride and grace of the country. The program was coordinated by the members of Being Indian foundation.
