BHUBANESWAR: BJD General Secretary(Organisation) and Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das alias Baby, Kendrapara BJD Lok Sabha MP and Odia superstar Anubhav Mohanty and Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sujeet Kumar on Saturday paid rich tribute to late Biju Patnaik on his 24th Punyatithi.
