BHUBANESWAR:Assets including 2 multi storeyed bldgs, 7 plots, Cash Rs.1.73 Lakhs, Gold 350 gms, etc unearthed so far in house search of Sri Bijay Kr Mohanty, JE, Cad Div, Bhadrak.
Sri Mohanty entered into Govt service as Jr Engineer on 14.01.2011 with an initial salary of Rs.13,500/-.
Earlier, today i.e on 14.05.2026, on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets (DA) by Sri Bijay Kumar Mohanty, JE, CAD Division, Bhadrak beyond his known sources of income, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by 4 DSPs, 4 Inspectors, and other supporting staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore at his following places.
(1) Triple storeyed building of Sri Mohanty at Samaraipur, Bhadrak Town.
(2) His double storeyed building at native village at Narasingdiha, Basta, Dist-Balasore.
(3) His office at Bhadrak.
(4) House of his relative at Malipada, Bhubaneswar.
