BHUBANESWAR: Mob Lynching victim at Balianta in Bhubaneswar, Soumya’s_mother_had complained. ADGP (Communications ) Dayal Gangwar has been shifted , posted as OSD Home.
Senior IPS Dayal Gangwar replaced as OSD of Home Department. Balianta Soumya was in controversy in the murder case.
The mother of the deceased Soumya had filed a complaint in Gangwar’s name. She said that her son was under mental pressure because of Gangwar. Soumya died in a mob attack, the criminal investigation is underway.
The CID Crime Branch, Odisha has been entrusted by the Government of Odisha with the investigation into the sensational incident that occurred on 07.05.2026 under Balianta Police Station in the Bhingarpur–Kaja area.
