Adani Foundation extends Health Services in Odisha’s Bhadrak

DHAMRA/BHADRAK: Continuing its people friendly CSR activities, Adani Foundation, the CSR arms of Goutam Adani led Adani Group has opened a Wellness Centre at Narasinghprasad village of Dosinga Panchayat of Bhadrak district.

Bhadrak MP  Manjulata Mandal and Chandbali MLA & District planning board Chairman Byomkesh Ray were graced the occasion. While unveiling the centre, among others Collector in Charge, Shyama Bhakta Mishra, former Dhamnagar MLA Muktikanta Mandal representative of Chandbali Panchayat Samiti Chairman Ranjan Sahoo, Dhamra Port CEO Subrat Tripathy were present. This wellness centre will open from 8pm to 1pm in the morning hours and from 3pm to 6pm in the afternoon hours. The operational part will be taken care by HelpAge India.

Emphasized on initiatives being taken in health sector, Chief Executive of Dhamra Port Subrat Tripathy said, “We have rolled out two dedicated Mobile Health Units which are managed by HelpAge India for free healthcare to poor patients in the port periphery. During the programme all PRI members, Opinion leaders of periphery panchayats, Government officials were present.
