BHUBANESWAR:A joint public meeting was held at the Block Office premises in Bhubaneswar. The joint public meeting was chaired by Khoradha District Magistrate Shri Amrit Poodharaj and was attended by senior district level officers and local public representatives.
Today, various complaints of the public were heard. Out of the 35 complaints filed, 25 were personal, while 10 were temporary. Out of these, 5 complaints were resolved immediately. Apart from this, the District Collector Shri Amrit Rituaraj has directed the departmental officers to take immediate steps to consider all the complaints. The officers emphasized on providing services to the public.
Among others, Chief Development Officer and District Council Executive Officer Shri Jyoti Shankar Sahu, Bhubaneswar Deputy District Magistrate Shri Mironoz Sahu, Bhubaneswar Block Chairperson Smt. Nirupama Sahu, Tehsildar Shri Jayant Kumar Jaisingh, BDO Shri Devi Prasad Mohanty, other senior officers, local public representatives and all other departmental officers were prominently present on the occasion of today’s joint genocide.
