80th Independence Day celebrated at BJP State Office

BHUBANESWAR:The entire country is celebrating the 80th day of independence today with joy and happiness. This festival is a matter of pride and honor for all of us. We have achieved this freedom through the sacrifice, penance and dedication of many great personalities. These freedom fighters are the source of inspiration for all of us. Their self-confidence, inspiration, struggle, sacrifice and penance have given us the strength of a hundred lions. Odisha will have the greatest contribution in the goal set by the renowned Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make the country a Vishvaguru and to build a developed India by 2047. The state government is committed to making Odisha the number 1 state in the country. In this regard, both the central and state governments are working together, said State President Shri Manmohan Samal while hoisting the national flag on Independence Day at the state office.

On this occasion, State President Shri Samal extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Odisha on Independence Day and said that the successful Prime Minister Modi has instilled confidence in the people by working for a long time in the Central Government. Starting from infrastructure to the defense department, India has become strong today in all sectors. Similarly, the double-engine government in Odisha is working day and night to double the income of farmers, eliminate the unemployment problem, improve women’s safety, education, health development, transportation and other sectors.
Today, Odisha is number 1 in the country in Lakshpati Didi Yojana, while many women have been empowered in 2 years under Subhadra Yojana. The financial condition of farmers has been strengthened due to the support price of paddy being Rs. 3100 per quintal. Their confidence has increased. In 2 years, Odisha has received capital investment of about Rs. 20 lakh crore, out of which Rs. 5 lakh crore has been implemented. Due to this, more employment opportunities have been created in the state and the confidence has increased among the people. The youth will have a major role in building the future of Odisha. For this, they will have to work hard. Shri Samal has called upon everyone to resolve to work together to build a prosperous Odisha.
