576 Hindi and Sanskrit teachers join various Government High Schools in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR:  As many as 576 Hindi and Sanskrit teachers have joined various government high schools in the state on Thursday; 368 of them are Hindi and 208 are Sanskrit teachers.

Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik,  attended an orientation program which was held along with organizing a recruitment festival at the convention center in Lok Seva Bhawan.

Chief Minister said that education changes the thinking and consciousness of a nation. Education inspires students to fulfil their dreams. Along with this, he also advised the new teachers to be a role model for the students through their knowledge and values.

The Chief Minister said that 4605 new classrooms, 16,920 smart classrooms, 7863 modern laboratories, 7920 e-libraries have been created through the high school transformation program. He said that the state government has appointed 4742 teachers in the current academic year at the secondary level.
