RAJNAGAR/KENDRAPARA: The Talchua Marine Police Station under Rajnagar Assembly segment of Odisha’s costal district has started shifting local people staying close to Bay of Bengal.
“We have started shifting people to safer place and we have also providing cooked food to them,” Talchua Marine Police Station, IIC Sreekant Kumar Barik said.
The IIC informed that the police have appealed to all locals to not venture into sea and avoid fishing for some days.
