BHUBANESWAR: Prof Kishore Basa , National Monuments Authority Chairman, has been given additional charge of the Director General of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) for a period of six months.
Basa will hold the additional charge till further orders or appointment of a regular Director General of ASI whichever is earlier, said a notification issued by the Ministry of Culture on Wednesday.
