RANCHI/BHUANESWAR: Swayamsiddha Ladies Club on the occasion of 48 th NTPC Raising Day Celebration on November 7,2022 distributed Sanitary Pad Vending Machine and Incinerator for better hygiene and comfort among adolescent resident girls of St Michael’s Blind School, Ranchi under CSR initiative.Distribution was held under the guidance of Shri Mahua Mazumder,President, Swayamsiddha Ladies Club,NTPC Coal Mining HQ in the august of members of the club ,school management and children.
A Medical Camp cum health check including hemoglobin test was also organized for school under the aegis of Swayamsiddha Ladies Club and Medical team headed by Dr K Padhan,CMO ,NTPC Pakri Barwadih Mines. In total 85 children’s health checkup was done with free distribution of general medicines like multivitamins and iron supplements for anemia correction.
The initiative of the Ladies club was appreciated by Principal, Smt Sarita Talal & beneficiaries of the school. On this occasion, senior committee members of Ladies Club, Smt. Sanchita Konar, Smt. Lakshmi Murthy, Smt. Kiran Dubey Smt. Smitha Wilson, Smt Snigdha Majhi,Smt Reshma Behera and Smt Mansa Verma were present on the occasion.
