BHUBANESWAR: As part of World Environment Day Celebration and to propagate the importance of the environment and the need of tree plantation to maintain greenery for the future generation, Swayamsiddha Ladies Club, NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters on Tuesday undertook mass plantation of saplings at Prabhat Tara School, HEC ,Ranchi.
The program began with the plantation by Father Vijay Kumar Minz, Head of Prabhat Tara ,Hindi Medium School which was followed by plantation by Swayamsiddha Ladies Club Committee Members Smt Sanchita Konar ,Smt Kiran Dubey ,Smt Smitha Wilson , Smt Anupama Mishra , Smt Saongouri Dutta ,Smt Mansa Verma and Smt Reshma Behera.
On the occasion, participants shared that plantation should be done regularly to raise an awareness on the importance of Mother Nature as we have only one earth to live and survive.
