Gist of the FIR:
On dt.25.03.2023 the complaint appeared at P.S. and reported the complaint, he has running his plywood, lamination and hardware business named and styled as KBM Construction on Plot No 1470, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar since 2008. On dt.24.03.2023 – at about 08.30 PM he has closed his shop and Rs. 8,46,000/- cash in his drawer.
In the night of 24/25.03.2023 at about 02.00 AM the complaint. received a call that his shop was being looted by some people. Hearing this complaint along with his son Ayush rushed towards his shop. On reaching at the spot the complaint along with his son were terrorized by the miscreants, they threatened them by means sharp weapon, lathi etc.
On the spot the complaint noticed that the miscreants detained their employees who were residing backside of his shop. The miscreants looted all the valuables, cash and stocks of the shop and demolished the entire property by using two numbers of JCB machine. The complaint claims that he is unable to trace his important papers and due to the loot the loss of the entire property extent to 25 lakhs. Hence this case.
