CHATRAPUR/BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister and BJD Supremo Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday filed his nomination papers for Hinjli Assembly seat in Ganjam, which will go for poll in second phase on May 20.
Patnaik filed his papers for the 6th consecutive times from the same Assembly seat, from where he was first elected as MLA in 2000.
Flanked by Party leaders, Patnaik offered prayers and took blessings of Maa Tara Tarini before filing his nomination papers for Hinjili Constituency.
After offering prayers, Patnaik was taken into a rally to Chatrapur Sub Collector Office, where he submitted his papers.
