NUAPADA:Candidates and their supporters in the Nuapada assembly by-election are campaigning in different places in the assembly area in support of BJP candidate Jai Dholakia in different ways. In this spirit, a huge election meeting has been held today in Panchayat Mahulbhata village of Komna block.
Odisha Government’s Fisheries and Livestock Minister Gokula Nanda Mallick was present in this. Tribal people from various villages of Payar Panchayat came and joined the BJP. The Manchasin leaders, in their speeches, informed the people about the various welfare and people-oriented schemes of the Modi government at the center and the Mohan Majhi government in the state. They appealed to the people to vote for BJP candidate Jai Dholakia to get the benefits of the double engine government and to make Nuapada a developed district.
Among others, Koraput MLA Raghuram Machh, former district president Shiva Prasad Mund, mandal president Shatrughan Swain, BJP leader Somnath Khamari, former Khadial Block Chairman Maulikrishna Shabar were prominently present in the meeting.
