Gist of the FIR:
On d. 11.10.2023 at 09.00 AM, one Rashmi Ranjan Rout (35), S/n-Abbinas Rout of Plot No-71, Chakeishani. PS Mancheswar, Dist-Khurda appeared at PS and presented a written report that, he needs a Generator.
He paid Six Lakh and fifty thousand rupees through RTGS to one Smriti Ranjan Sahu, So-Muralidhar Sahu of Jajpur, At/pr- Sai Pearl apartment, Chakeisiani, PS-Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar UPD. On dt.10.06.2022, for purchasing Generator.
But the alleged person Smruti Ranjan Sahu did not gave the Generator to the complainant and also did not respond the phone call. For which the complainant informed to the Muralidhar Sahu, who is the father of the accused person Smruti Ranjan Sahu about the matter in the month of Jun 2023. But now the accused Smruti Ranjan Sahu and his father Muralidhar Sahu did not respond the complainant. In this matter the accused person Smruti Ranjan Sahu has been arrested and forwarded to the court today.
