Gist of the FIR:
On 29.01.2024 at 02.30 PM IIC Mancheswar PS, received a reliable information from source that one person namely Balia @ Purna Chandra Das (26), S/O- Maheswar Das of Vill- Bhingarpur, PS- Balianta, Dist-Khordha, At/Pr- Royal College Water Tank, Mancheswar is standing on the road near Royal College over Bridge, PS- Mancheswar keeping Ganja on his possession in a polythene Jari Bag which is narcotic in nature.
He is illegally selling the same to the general public as well as outsiders.
On this information SI Suvendu Kumar Giri along with raiding team proceed to the alleged spot and seized 3kg Ganja from the above accused person.
During investigation, the accused person Balia aka Purna Chandra Das has been arrested and forwarded to the court today.

Article Seized: 3 Kg of Contraband Ganja.
