JSW Steel- Odisha Observes Jindal Group Founder Shri OP Jindal’s 18th Punyatithi

Whole JSW family including employees, workers and people from the periphery villages paid their homage to the architect and founder of Jindal Group, Om Prakash Jindal on his 18th death anniversary here in every location in Odisha. All of them paid floral tribute to the divine soul. Humanitarian works were also conducted in different locations.

PARADIP/BARBIL/BHUBANESWAR: Whole JSW family including employees, workers and people from the periphery villages paid their homage to the architect and founder of Jindal Group, Om Prakash Jindal on his 18th death anniversary here in every location in Odisha. All of them paid floral tribute to the divine soul. Humanitarian works were also conducted in different locations.

A memorial service was conducted here at Jatadhar Bhawan Office in Paradip. All employees paid florar tribute to the legendary visionary. There was also a two-minute silence prayer for the peace of departed soul. In addition, food was also distributed here at Santoshi Jorashrama and Bijaychandrapur under Paradip Municipal Corporation.

Moreover, same memorial event was also held in Bhubaneswar office and Bhadrasahi central office, Barbil. The employees paid tribute to the divine soul.

Shri OP Jindal is not only known as a business tycoon and reputed industrialist of India, but also he is famous for his social service activities. He was serving as a Minister of Power in the Government of Haryana at the time of his death. He was also a Member of Parliament to 11th Lok Sabha and been conferred with the prestigious ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ for his outstanding contribution to the Indian Steel Industry.
