Sanskar International School Bargarh took an innovative initiative to clean up the city of Bargarh through a Cleanliness Rally - Roll A Thon 2024. The main motto of which is "Our Bargarh, our pride and its cleanliness is our responsibility".

BARGARH:  Sanskar International School Bargarh took an innovative initiative to clean up the city of Bargarh through a Cleanliness Rally – Roll A Thon 2024. The main motto of which is “Our Bargarh, our pride and its cleanliness is our responsibility”.

Kumar Nag Bhushan, Sub Collector of Bargarh joined the program as the Chief guest and inaugurated it by hoisting the flag. School Founder Sabitri Devi, Chairman Suman Sawadia, Director Ajit Patnaik, Principal Karan Sahu, Sapling Director Siddharth Sawadia, Vice Principal Sangeeta Sharma, Academic Coordinator Seem Sahu, Coordinator Mamata Sinha, Rita Naik along with all teachers, students, management committee members were present.

The rally started from here Kalyan Mandap and passed through SP Office, Kalimandir, Thana Chowk and finished at Kalyan Mandap. A total of 105 students from the first to ninth grade were skating, 25 cyclists and 135 students were walking around the city with slogans on cleanliness.

During the upcoming World Famous DhanuYatra, the city was alerted to maintain cleanliness. They gave various slogans in Hindi, English and Odia languages especially about plastic waste, keeping the streets clean, throwing the garbage at the right place, using the toilet. For organizing this kind of awareness program through skating for the second time, the school Chairman Suman Sawadia thanked all the students, their parents and guardians for organizing such a program for the first time in Odisha. At the end, all the students were given water.
