BHUBANESWAR: With voting dates closely matching, Expenditure Central Observer Himalini Kashyap has held a high level meeting with enforcement agencies in Odisha.
Additional Chief Secretary and Chief Electoral Officer Nikunj B Dhal, Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr N Thirumala Naik, State Transport Commissioner Amitabh Thakur, State Excise Commissioner, Narasingh Bhol , Nodal officer from Airport Authority of India, official of Paradip Port Authority , Indian Coast Guard and State Police were among those present.
The meeting with enforcement agencies was chaired by expenditure central observer Kashyap to analyze the preparedness for expenditure management for the GE 2024.
Voting in Odisha for Parliamentary and State Assembly polls will be conducted in 4 phases starting from May 13, May 20, May 25 and will end on June 1 while counting will be on June 4.
