BHUBANESWAR:Basing upon reliable information, today i.e. on 15.12.2025, a short while ago, the forest wing of Odisha Vigilance conducted a surprise raid in Madhapur Forest Range under Boudh Forest Division and detected a Wildlife Case and seized a Leopard skin.
The accused named Sri Jaya Nayak, a hunter, was arrested on the spot for violation of Sec. 9 and punishable u/s 51 of Wildlife (Protection) Act,1972. Investigation continuing. Further report follows.
