BHUBANESWAR: Take a look at this photo, this could tell you everything. The occasion was filing of nomination papers by BJD Rajya Sabha candidates on Tuesday, the person, in news was, Dr Prasanna Patsani, sitting in his customary saffron clad, and writing his own political obituary. The way Dr Patsani sitting, it speaks a lot of volume of his anger and unwillingness to attend the show with party colleagues.
Everyone right from State Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari to Kendrapara MLA Sashi Behera , those were sitting close to former MP, Dr Patsani, only watching the Baba during the filing of nomination papers.
The 76 year old Dr Patsani represented the Bhubaneswar constituency of Odisha from 1998 to 2019 and only lost the last Lok Sabha Polls to BJP’s Aparajita Sarangi and was founder member of the Biju Janata Dal but now found himself in no man’s world.
ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ଯିବା ନେଇ କେବେ ଆଶାୟୀ ନଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ । ବରଂ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତାଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ପଠାଇବେ ବୋଲି କହିଥିଲେ । ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଯାହାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ତାଙ୍କୁ ସେ ସମ୍ମାନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ଟିକେଟ୍ କାହିଁକି ମିଳିଲାନି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନରେ ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, କାରଣଟା କାହିଁକି କହିବି । ମୁଁ ଦଳର ଜଣେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଉପସଭାପତି । ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ମୋ ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥ ପାଇଁ କାହା ବିରୋଧରେ କହିବି ନାହିଁ ।
