TALCHER/KANIHA:Electrical Vehicle Charging station was installed at NTPC Kaniha on May 5,2018.The charging station was inaugurated by Prakash Tiwari, Director (Operations) NTPC Limited in presence of senior officials of NTPC Kaniha.& delegates of Heads of O&M meet.
On the occasion, Tiwari appreciated the efforts of NTPC Kaniha in installing the Electrical Vehicle Charging station, further he encouraged employees to use electric vehicles to meet the future need.
Currently, NTPC Kaniha has the provision of two charging Electrical Vehicle stations to cater the needs of charging of vehicles owned by company & employees.
The charging station was installed under NTPC’s e mobility initiative for charging of electric vehicle and promoting green energy.
