BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Assembly Deputy Speaker Rajnikant Singh on Monday administered newly-elected Jharsuguda MLA Deepali Das the oath of office and secrecy at his office chamber in the presence of Ministers Pramila Mallik and Rita Sahu.
MLAs Pranab Balabantray , Sushant Rout , Anata Narayan Jena and others were among those present. Deepali extended his gratitude to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and her BJD party for this and reiterated her commitment to fulfil the hope and aspirations of people of Jharsuguda Assembly seat.
Earlier in the day, she reached the Assembly with her mother and brother.
