Gist of the FIR:
On 12.10.2023 at 8.43 P.M. one Kailash Singh Chauhan, Managing Director M/S Gopal Imperial Private Limited appeared at P.S. and presented written report to the effect that his company came to know that some people at Unit-I Market Bhubaneswar are selling spurious Zarda Products in the brand name of GOPAL.
Hence he appointed as company representative to check and detect the spurious product in different shops of Unit-l market. They noticed that the following persons are selling Sperious Zarda Products in the brand name of Gopal.
Hence this case. S.I. K.P.R. Dora was entrusted with its investigation. During Investigation a team comprising Inspectorr G.K.Jena and SI KPR Dora and other officers and staff raided the placed and seized the above duplicate items from the Shop No. 7 and Shop No. 14 of accused Krushna Chandra Roul and Basudev Mandal respectively.
