NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: A threat call was received by an assistant of BJP National VP and former MP from Odisha, Baijayant Jay Panda, in which the caller threatened that ‘the same will be done to Jay Panda which was done to ex Minister of Odisha, Naba Das, who was gun down in a broad daylight earlier this year.
“Whether this constitute a real threat or was a juvenile prank is not possible for us to determine,” Jay Panda’s New Delhi office said in a statement
‘Since such a message should not be taken lightly , a complaint with all details of the threat call has been lodged with Delhi Police , who are investigating into it, it said.
