BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: With Odisha’s costal district of Bhadrak and Balasore in northern part of the State, hitting headlines following large scale COVID-19 positive cases, BJP National VP-Spokesperson and 4th times former MP, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda was on Wednesday urged Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to seal the Odisha-West Bengal borders to contain the outbreak of COVID-19.
In a twit, the senior BJP leader Panda said alarming reports of COVID-19 +ves streaming into North Odisha from West Bengal, which flouted norms and has huge undeclared cases.
“The BJP leader Panda urged Naveen to seal border with Bengal for 2 weeks citing reports of COVID-19+ves streaming into North Odisha from West Bengal, which flouted norms and has huge undeclared cases,” a twit of OTV said.
