BHUBANESWAR: Accused Sri Abhinav Dalua, DSP in-charge, Sadar PS, Dist-Dhenkanal has been remanded to Judicial Custody till 13.9.2022 by Learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Dhenkanal.
Earlier crorepati DSP was arrested . On Tuesday, Dalua, was apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 30,000/- from a Complainant (coal transporter) to facilitate his transportation business. The tainted bribe amount of Rs 30,000/- has been recovered from Sri Dalua and seized.
In this connection, Vigilance Cell PS Case No.6 dated 29.08.2022 u/s 7 P.C Amendment Act,2018 has been registered.
