PURI: Temple Administration received reports of a minor, employed by the Nisha Nrusimha Temple, misbehaving with a female devotee on the evening of December 24. Such a despicable and reprehensible act will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The following instructions are being issued in this regard.
1. The supervisor is immediately directed to file an FIR at the local police station.
2. Administrative action will be taken against the concerned servant who has engaged someone else instead of performing the service himself, through the relevant servant recruitment and punishment will be given as per the law.
3. Except for the servants engaged in Seva Puja at Nisha Nrusingha Temple, entry to the temple will remain closed for all other devotees and devotees until further notice.
4. No one will be forgiven who insults the dignity and sanctity of the temple. May the Almighty grant them wisdom.
