BHUBANESWAR:Mock polls have been successfully completed in all 358 polling stations of Nuapada Assembly constituency.
Three Ballot Units (BU) and three Control Units (CU) were immediately replaced after mechanical faults were detected during the mock poll.
The EVM-related issue reported at booth number 76, Mangorapali, Khariar Road was resolved promptly.
Voting is proceeding peacefully in all areas of the constituency, including sensitive and friendly booths.
The voter turnout as of 9:00 AM is around 14.99%.
-The Presiding Officer of PS-36, Kuliyabandha has been suspended for violating the secrecy of voting.
The polling process is being continuously monitored by the office of the State Chief Electoral Officer to ensure free, fair and transparent by-elections in Nuapada.
