_*Brief of the case*_:
On 10.01.2026 at 06.30 PM while the above noted accused persons were involved in gambling near village Karapada under Digapahandi PS in a bushy jungle, surprise raid was conducted on the gambling den. Above mentioned 26 accused persons were arrested and the incriminating articles noted above were seized from their possession.
As prima facie evidence U/s: 191 (2)/191(3)/221/126(2)/115(2) /132/125/109/112(2)/190 BNS Rw sec: 03 OPG Act well established against the accused persons as noted above. Hence, they were arrested and forwarded to the Hon’ble Court
