146 Government Officials given voluntary retirement so far in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR: With 5 more on Tuesday, the number of corrupt officials either dismissed or sent on mandatory retirement has gone up to 146 in Odisha.

Five more State Government officials were compulsorily retired on Tuesday on the grounds of corruption and inefficiency, a release from the Chief Minister’s Office informed.The officials included an Assistant Engineer, a CDPO, an Anganwadi Supervisor, a police Inspector-in-Charge and a Revenue Supervisor.

Santosh Kumar Das, Assistant Engineer, Baripada ITDA,Sarala Dei, Community Development Project Officer (CDPO), Balikuda, Jagatsinghpur district, Jagatsinghpur’s Balikuda Anganwadi Supervisor Pratima Sahu ,Ramchandra Behera, Inspector of the Angul Police Training College, Hridananda Sahu, Revenue Supervisor in the office of Sadar Tehsildar of Keonjhar district.
