BHUBANESWAR: Amrit Keshari Patra, a CBSE class 10 exam topper of Adarsha Vidyalaya of Khairput in Odisha’s worst leftwing insurgency hit Malkangiri district was on Saturday got surprised after he got call from Odisha Chief Minister’s Office and the caller was ST secretary and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s most trusted IAS officer, V Kartikeyan Pandian.
Amrit has scored 95.4 per cent in the CBSE exam is the topper of Malkangiri district. Pandian has also congratulated his parents and teachers for providing him guidance to earn such a feat. The 5T Secretary Pandian was so impressed with Amit’s mind blowing performance in Central Board conducted Examinations as an Adarsha Vidyalaya student. It may be noted here that the project was the brain child of Chief Minister Patnaik to impart quality education at par with national standards.
Pandian, through a video conference talk advised Amrit to be a good human being apart from earning accolades in life. The 5T Secretary said intense will power and hard work can only lead to success and added that he will remain as a bright example for other students of regions of this backward region.
