CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday alleged that Tamil Nadu born , former Odisha cadre IAS officer, VK Pandian is running Odisha Government not Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Rahul Gandhi while addressing a massive public meeting at Salepur in Cuttack, thanked all Congress workers for joining the rally even despite heavy heatwave.The Gandhi scion garlands the statue of MadhuBabu at Satyabhamapur in Cuttack before addressing a rally.
AICC Odisha In charge Ajay Kumar, Odisha PCC president Sarat Pattnayak, former PCC president Niranjan Patnaik, senior leader Bhakta Charan Das, Jayadev Jena and other leaders were among those present.
Like Modi running a group, same in Odisha , he said. Rahul alleged that both BJP and BJD are in verge for marriage. Both given betel to people of Odisha, he added.
Naveen Patnaik, Narendra Modi, Amit Shah all are hand in glove for looting, he alleged.Rahul said, Naveen ji is running the Government with help from a group of selective people.
He highlighted mining scam, land grab scam, plantation scam in Odisha. He assured to take action against these corruptions and scams and will return money to general public.
He appealed people to vote for Congress in Delhi and in Bhubaneswar. He criticised media for giving excessive media coverage to PM Modi and CM Patnaik.
He said, Congress Government paying in bank accounts of beneficiaries in Karnataka and Telengana. Congress will hike MSP of paddy and reduce cost of gas cylinder, he said.
