Vishwa Hindu Parishad holds a march on violence against Hindus in Bangladesh

BHUBANESWAR: A huge march was organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bhubaneswar district today against the ongoing violence, persecution and human rights violations against the Hindu community in neighboring Bangladesh. Hundreds of activists and supporters, including activists of many Hindu organizations like Bajrang Dal, Durga Bahini, Rashtriya Hindu Sangashthan, Hindu Ekta Manch, etc., participated in this march.

Expressing sympathy for the persecuted Hindus in Bangladesh, the Indian government looked into this matter and demanded that the safety of the Hindus in Bangladesh be ensured. During the march, Bhubaneswar District President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Shri Pradeep Chandra Mohanty and Regional President Dr. Prafulla Kumar Mishra were present and made their strong statements. Shri Mohanty said in his speech that the violence and persecution against Hindus in Bangladesh is a matter of deep concern and the international community should no longer remain silent.

He expressed his opinion that the Indian government should take strong diplomatic and humanitarian steps in this matter. The President of the party, Dr. Prafulla Kumar Mishra, said that the atrocities against Hindus are not just a religious problem, it is a serious human rights issue. He called for creating international pressure on the Bangladesh government to stop the violence and ensure the safety of the Hindu community. Dr. Suniti Mund, Odisha Pradesh President of the National Hindu Sanghatana, joined the program and said that the atrocities against Hindus cannot be tolerated anymore. He demanded that the Indian government take strong, clear and decisive steps in this matter.

Through this walk, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad will continue its continuous struggle for the protection, dignity and justice of the persecuted Hindus in Bangladesh and for the protection and dignity of the people of Hinduism all over the world, and it has been said that the entire Hindu society, regardless of caste, color, language, must come together. Utkal Hindu Parishad President Debashish Nayak participated in the program and praised the role of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad in uniting the entire Hindu society. Bajrang Dal coordinator Pratyush Rautraya, Durga Bahini coordinator Sasmita Mangaraj, and Soudamini Raut, among others, were prominent participants in the program.
