Vigilance Traps SDPO Malaya Kishore Nayak with Rs 30,000 Bribe

BHUBANESWAR: On Wednesday,  Malaya Kishore Nayak, OPS, SDPO, Hindol in Dhenkanal has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.30,000/ from a Complainant (stone quary owner) to facilitate stone quarrying & transportation.

Following trap, simultaneous searches are being conducted on properties of Sri Nayak at 6 places in BBSR, Puri, Angul, Dhenkanal & Sambalpur district. In this connection CTC Vigilance,PS Case No. 34 /22 U/S 7 PC Amendment Act,2018 has been registered.
