BHUBANESWAR: Sangeeta Mohapatra, Junior Engineer at Khurdha Block in Khurdha has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while taking bribe of Rs. 50,000/-from a Contractor for passing final bills and release of payment towards execution of development work on Wednesday.
In this connection, Bhubaneswar Vigilance PS Case No. 7/2024 U/s- 7 PC (Amendment)Act, 2018 has been registered. Investigation is in progress.
