BHUBANESWAR: On Wednesday evening, Sri Debabrata Sahoo, Junior Engineer, O/o. SE, Rural Development Division, Rourkela, was apprehended while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.10,000/- from a contractor in order to clear the bill of maintenance of the road work.
In this connection Rourkela Vigilance PS Case No.26/22, U/s 7 P.C. (Amendment) Act, 2018 has been registered and under investigation.
