BHUBANESWAR: Harihar Swain, Forester, Sindhekela Beat under Bangomunda Forest Range, Bolangir has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.1,00,300/- from laborers working under different projects of Forest Department on Tuesday.
In this connection Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.19 dt.09.05.2022 U/s 7 (b) P.C. (Amendment)Act,2018 has been registered.Investigation in progress against Sri Swain, the Vigilance said.
