BHUBANESWAR: In a joint forest raid conducted today i.e on 27.9.2023 by forest wing of Odisha Vigilance on running of two illegal sawmills without valid license at Baliapal Block Chhak, PS- Baliapal and village- Brahmapur, PS- Singla under Balasore district.
Sawmill accessories along with valuable timber worth approx Rs.10 Lakhs detected and seized.
Further investigation continuing. Detailed report follows.
