BHUBANESWAR: The Vigilance Confiscation Court, Bhubaneswar, ordered the confiscation of Disproportionate Assets worth Rs.5.86 Crore of Sri Subash Ch Mishra, Ex-Municipal Engineer, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a DA Case.
Odisha Vigilance has a conviction rate of 75% in DA cases, one of the best in the country. During Investigation, DA are attached and confiscation proceedings initiated.
Odisha Vigilance is committed to take strong action, including confiscation of assets acquired thru corrupt means.
