BARGARH: Grandparents Day was celebrated at Sanskar International School. The school has been celebrating this event since its inception to honor the grandparents During this festival, grandparents visit the school and meet the children and get emotional reminiscing about their childhood. Elders are the foundation of the family and if the foundation is strong and happy it gives impetus to build a civilized society Sanskar Sapling children also participated in it All the children dressed like their grandparents in cloths, glasses, sticks and white hair and attracted everyone.
Along with this, the welcoming ceremony of the newly admitted children was also celebrated in this session. The event began with a welcome song sung by the children to show their respect and love for their grandparents. After this, the students of Sanskar Sapling were welcomed with welcome cards, while the children of UKG presented a group dance full of enthusiasm.
Various games were organized by the school for the entertainment of all the grandparents who attended the event like identifying the tunes of old songs, identifying old actors and actresses, throwing balls in baskets etc. Parents enjoyed it very much The parents got emotional and shared the unforgettable moments of their lives with everyone
The Chief Guest Mrs. Sabitri Devi, who was present on the occasion, blessed the students of Sawadia Sanskar International School with welcome cards.
