NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Union PNG-Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was on Wednesday deeply condole the death of Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan , who passed away in Mumbai at the age of 54.
“Shocked to learn about the demise of #IrrfanKhan. A brilliant actor, his versatile and power-packed performances leaves behind a lasting imprint on fans and an extraordinary legacy in Indian cinema. May his soul rest in peace,” Union PNG-Steel Minister Pradhan twitted.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was had condole the death of Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who passed away in Mumbai.
“Saddened to hear about the passing away of versatile actor #IrrfanKhan. He was a prolific entertainer and cinema lovers from across the world will miss him. My condolences to the bereaved family and fans. RIP,” the Odisha CM Patnaik twitted.
Earlier, BJP National VP-Spokesperson and 4th times former MP Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda was had condole the death of Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who passed away in Mumbai.
“Saddened to learn of the untimely demise of bollywood actor #IrrfanKhan. He was enormously talented & made unforgettable characters come to life on the screen, undoubtedly a top thespian of his era.Condolences to the bereaved family. Om Shanti,” the senior BJP leader and former MP, Panda twitted.
Khan passed away at a hospital in Mumbai, where he was admitted for colon infection. The 53-year-old actor had been battling cancer since 2018 and his official spokesperson had confirmed on Tuesday that he was under doctor’s observation. Irrfan is survived by his wife Sutapa and sons , Babil and Ayan.
